Joint District 95 Project
A worthy contribution to the National Project for Running
Potable Water for Villages

Under the leadership and initiative of District Chairman, Mrs. Samia Aboul Fotouh, our District clubs adopted this worthy national project to help some of our villagers in obtaining one of the basic necessities of life: running potable water.

The inspiration for this project came from the Sphinx club which started its own water for villages project on a smaller scale last year.
•Guiza Governorate, Saft El Laban and Kerdassa: Running potable water is now available in main streets and in 10 villages for the use of 2000 people at the cost of L.E. 150.000.
•Alexandria Governorate, Tawfikeya & Srinagla villages:
Running potable water is now available in these villages for the use of 2000 more people at the cost of L.E. 300.000 and L.E. 70.000.
More work is being done in both Governorates to finish the implementation of Inner Wheel's contributions to this vital project adopted by the clubs of our District for 2005-2006.
Our theme "Communicate Our Vision" is a true example of the success of our contribution to this project which got the support of all clubs and came to life due to the strength of our commitment.
